Remi Dairo Makes History, Becomes First Black African Inducted Into World Academy Of Productivity Science

Remi Dairo, the Chief Operating Officer of Productivate Plus LLC, based in Houston, Texas, has achieved a historic milestone by becoming the first African and black man to be inducted into the esteemed World Academy of Productivity Science.

The induction ceremony, hosted by the World Confederation of Productivity Science (WCPS), marked a significant moment in Dairo’s career and African achievement in the global productivity arena.

Expressing gratitude for the honor, Dairo remarked, “I thank our global leaders for finding me worthy of this honor from Africa.”

The event, held on April 5, witnessed the presence of renowned productivity experts, including John Heap, Mike Dillon, Peter Watkins, Dr. Sunil Abrol Anita, and Leon Bian Thomas Tuttle, among others. Twelve other experts from various countries were also inducted as Fellows alongside Dairo.

Dairo, who serves as the president of the Institute of Productivity and Business Innovation Management (IPBIM), has played a pivotal role in advancing productivity and innovation across Africa and beyond. His passion for fostering a productive and innovative nation led to the establishment of the School of Productivity in 2007, which later evolved into IPBIM in 2016, with a global outreach.

As a distinguished productivity expert and UK Certified Life Coach, Dairo has spearheaded numerous bespoke projects for prestigious clients, including the Federal Government of Nigeria’s Amnesty program and Fortune 500 companies like Walmart, Chevron, and Microsoft.

His expertise has earned international recognition, with features in esteemed media outlets such as Channels Television, The Guardian, and Business Day. Dairo has also been a prominent voice from Africa at prestigious gatherings like the Nigeria/UK Diaspora Conference and the World Productivity Congress.

With accolades such as the Global Productivity Researcher award and the Master Coach Award, Dairo continues to shape the coaching landscape in Nigeria and beyond. His recent induction as a Fellow of The World Academy of Productivity Science solidifies his position as a leading figure in the field.
