In a significant move to enhance fuel distribution and eliminate price disparities across Nigeria, the Petroleum Products Retail Outlets Owners Association of Nigeria (PETROAN) has entered into a partnership with Dangote Refinery and MRS.

The agreement, sealed on Tuesday at Apapa, MRS Headquarters aims to ensure that Nigerians receive the best value for money when purchasing Premium Motor Spirit (PMS). The initiative also considers transportation costs, addressing concerns about fluctuating fuel prices across different regions.

Speaking on the development, the National President of PETROAN, Dr. Billy Gillis Harry, hailed the partnership as a “show of love from Dangote Refinery, in conjunction with PETROAN, to Nigerians.”

He further assured citizens that this collaboration marks the beginning of a more stable and efficient fuel supply chain.

“I encourage Nigerians to remain optimistic. Better days are ahead,” Dr. Harry stated.

The deal is expected to improve nationwide fuel availability and reduce the challenges associated with distribution, ultimately benefiting consumers across the country.
