A groundbreaking new fairy tale, The Nonverbal Princess, is challenging traditional narratives by placing inclusivity and disability representation at its heart. Inspired by the real-life experiences of actress and model Jessica Frew, the book offers a fresh perspective on the classic princess story, advocating for a world where differences are celebrated rather than overlooked.

“This is not your typical princess story, but seldom are the most interesting stories typical,” said Frew. “It’s a tale that starts with awareness, grows through acceptance, and ultimately leads to an appreciation of our differences. Our differences shouldn’t define or divide us—they should enrich us.”

Unlike conventional fairy tales, The Nonverbal Princess follows a protagonist who is nonverbal, highlighting the unique challenges and strengths of individuals with disabilities. The story is designed to inspire readers of all ages to rethink their perceptions of inclusion and equality.

Frew, who has built a career in acting and modeling, drew from her personal experiences to create an authentic and heartfelt narrative. “Through storytelling, I hope to inspire a world where everyone feels seen and heard,” she said.

The book is now available in hardcover and e-book formats through major retailers.
