Ondo State Governor Appoints Bayo Rojugbokan as Acting Chairman of ODIRS

Following the resignation of Mr. Tolu Adegbie the former Chairman of Ondo State Internal Revenue Service (ODIRS), Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa Ondo State has appointed Mr. Bayo Rojugbokan as its Acting Chairman. 

Mr. Rojugbokan is a seasoned tax and financial expert with degrees from the University of Ado Ekiti and Babcock University. He is also a Certified Forensic Accountant, and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, with extensive experience in banking, taxation, and corporate governance.

Governor Aiyedatiwa expressed confidence in Mr. Rojugbokan’s ability to improve the state’s internally generated revenue. 

“I trust that Mr. Rojugbokan will leverage his vast experience and expertise to enhance our revenue system,” the Governor stated.

The Governor also acknowledged the contributions of the outgoing Chairman, Mr. Tolu Adegbie, thanking him for his dedicated service to the state.

Similarly, Governor Aiyedatiwa has approved the appointment of Olanrewaju Oyelade and Prince Wale Adesulire as new members of the State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB). The Governor urged the appointees to “put in their best efforts in serving the people of the State in their respective capacities.”
