IPMAN Launches Affordable Housing Estate for Members, Public in Enugu

The Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria (IPMAN) has officially commenced the sale of housing units in its newly established IPMAN Estate, located at Trans Ekwulu Golf Annex, Enugu. The estate is open to both members of the association and the general public.

Mr. Chinedu Anyaso, Chairman of IPMAN Enugu Zone, which covers Anambra, Ebonyi, and Enugu States, said the initiative is part of the association’s efforts to provide affordable and genuine land to its members within the Enugu Depot Community and beyond.

“The IPMAN Estate within the Blossom Estate Project was conceived to enable our members to have access to affordable and genuine land,” Anyaso said. “Shelter is a basic need of man, and pressure is getting much on the people, especially those in urban areas or cities. Rent is hitting the rooftops, and acquiring cheap and genuine land has become a serious challenge.”

He added that the project is being implemented in collaboration with the Enugu State Housing Corporation and the Ministry of Land, with assurance of prompt allocation upon payment.

“IPMAN decided to collaborate with the Enugu State Government to secure a genuine, affordable, and choice estate for our members. Beyond that, it is a very lucrative investment opportunity for those who want to bank their money in tangible terms,” he said.

Anyaso noted that while IPMAN oversees the sale process, the actual allocation of plots is handled directly by the Enugu State Government through its Housing Authority.

He encouraged interested members of the public to take advantage of what he described as a “lifetime offer” and visit the IPMAN Secretariat located at KM 1/2, Enugu-Abakaliki Expressway, by NNPC Depot, Emene, Enugu State for more details.
