Lagos State Endorses Miss Tourism Africa 2024 As Host City Partner

The Lagos Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture has officially endorsed Miss Tourism Africa International as a way to contribute ro Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu’s agenda of boosting domestic tourism and positioning Lagos as the premier destination for both business and leisure.

Mr. Seth Santiago Roberts, the founder and president of Miss Tourism Africa Organization in his acceptance of the state’s endorsement reiterates that Tourism is without a doubt the very fabric of our essence as people and the need for strategic platforms that will sustain it can’t be overemphasized, “The goal of this strategic Host City partnership with Lagos state is to contribute to promotion of Lagos State as a tourist destination and attract investment in hospitality, tourism, and real estate”.

“The primary campaign of Miss Tourism Africa is to promote tourism to the host city, raise awareness and inspire action against climate change while providing a Top of Mind Awareness [TOMA] for corporate sponsors”.  Mr. Roberts explained.

This year, Lagos will host thirty 30 tourism ambassadors and beauty queens from the 21st September to 2nd October for the international event.
