Mbappe avoids Real Madrid in Champions League Quarter final draw

Kylian Mbappe will not face his potential club Real Madrid in the Quarter finals of the Uefa Champions League.

The french international who could be on his way to Spain at the end of the season has his PSG team drawn against another Spanish opponent Barcelona.

Defending champions Manchester City face 14-time winner Real Madrid for the third successive season in the knockout rounds, while Arsenal, who had a dramatic comeback against Porto will take on Bayern Munich.

The first legs take place 9-10 April, with the second legs on 16-17 April.

Quarter-finals draw

Arsenal vs Bayern Munich

Atletico Madrid vs Borussia Dortmund

Paris St-Germain vs Barcelona

Real Madrid vs Manchester City

Semi-finals draw

Atletico Madrid or Borussia Dortmund  will face the winner of Paris St-Germain or Barcelona while Arsenal or Bayern Munich will take on the winner between Real Madrid or Manchester City

The semi-finals are scheduled for April 30th and May 1st, with the return legs a week later on 7-8 May.

Wembley Stadium will host this year’s final on Saturday, 1 June.
