Pathfinder International Appoints Dr. Tabinda Sarosh as CEO

Pathfinder International has announced the appointment of Dr. Tabinda Sarosh as its new Chief Executive Officer. Having served in leadership roles within the organization for nearly a decade—including as Interim CEO—Dr. Sarosh brings continuity and strategic vision at a pivotal time for the organization.

With over 20 years of experience as a leader, clinician, and advocate in the development and humanitarian sectors, she has been deeply committed to advancing sexual and reproductive health and rights as well as women’s rights globally.

Dr. Sarosh holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from Dow Medical College and pursued postgraduate studies in nutrition, leveraging her clinical expertise to develop impactful public health and advocacy programs. Growing up in a multi-country environment in Southeast Asia, she carries a strong international perspective and diplomatic leadership style shaped by her diverse upbringing and professional journey.

Her appointment marks a new chapter for Pathfinder International as it continues its mission to advance health and rights for communities worldwide.
