Nigeria to battle hosts in Mini football Nations cup

Nigeria has been drawn in Group C ahead of the 2024 African Minifootball Nations Cup in South Africa.

The African Minifootball Cup (AMC) is a continental indoor minifootball competition contested by the senior men’s national teams of African Minifootball Federation

South Africa were named host of the competition slated to hold tentatively between 22 to 28 April, 2024.

Nigeria were placed in Group C alongside hosts South Africa, Djoubuti and Sudan, while defending champions Egypt will battle Ghana, Morocco and Lesotho.

Nigeria finished 5th in the last edition of the competition.

Group A

Libya, Tunisia, Burkina Faso and Congo DRC

Group B

Ivory Coast, Zambia, Somalia and Tchad

Group C

South Africa, Nigeria, Djoubuti and Sudan

Group D

Egypt, Ghana, Morocco and Lesotho
