IWD2025; Women in Automotive Industry to Honour Ebere Anenih for Leadership and Excellence

The Women in Automotive Industry, a group dedicated to empowering and recognizing women in the sector, is set to honour Ebere Anenih, Managing Director of Weststar Associates, the authorized general distributor of Mercedes-Benz in Nigeria.

The event, scheduled for March 25 in Lagos, will celebrate Anenih’s outstanding leadership and contributions to the growth and development of the automotive industry.

“We are thrilled to recognize Anenih’s achievements and contributions to the automotive industry,” said Julie Chi-Nwaoha, Convener of the Women in Automotive Industry and Founder of ONTHEHIGHWAYAfrica. “Her leadership and commitment to excellence are an inspiration to women everywhere, and we look forward to celebrating her success as we mark International Women’s Day.”

Chi-Nwaoha added that other top female executives in the industry would also be honored at the event.

The program will feature a keynote address, panel discussions, and networking opportunities, providing a platform for women in the industry to connect, share experiences, and learn from each other.

“Anenih’s honor is a testament to her hard work, expertise, and commitment to excellence,” Chi-Nwaoha noted. “The Women in Automotive Industry is proud to recognize her achievements.”

The Women in Automotive Industry aims to promote gender diversity, inclusion, and empowerment in the sector, fostering a supportive environment for women professionals in the automotive space.
