Notorious Boko Haram Terrorist Surrenders to MNJTF in Borno State

In a major breakthrough in the fight against terrorism in the Lake Chad region, notorious Boko Haram terrorist Bochu Abacha has surrendered to the Multinational Joint Task Force (MNJTF) in Kukawa Local Government Area, Borno State. Abacha, a key figure in several terrorist operations, confessed to escaping from a Boko Haram camp due to the intensified operations by MNJTF and a loss of interest in the group’s activities.

Recovered from him were an AK-47 rifle, ammunition, a mobile phone, and cash. Abacha is currently providing valuable intelligence to authorities.

In a separate operation, MNJTF troops in Gubio successfully ambushed Boko Haram terrorists attempting to transport large logistics supplies in three Toyota vehicles. Following a fierce gun battle, one terrorist was killed, and the others fled into the forest, abandoning the vehicles. Troops recovered the vehicles loaded with assorted foodstuffs and N2,000.
